1. Eligibility

To place an order you must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to make the purchase.

2. Products

• We try to display our products, colours, and details as accurately as possible, but screens vary and slight differences may occur.
• All items are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
• Product designs, characters, and artwork shown on our items belong to Take A Paw (see Section 8).

3. Prices & Payment

• All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and may change without notice.
• Prices do not include shipping unless stated; shipping is shown at checkout.
• Payment is processed through our payment provider (e.g. Paymob, Fawry, PayPal, or Cash on Delivery).
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel affected orders, even after an order is placed.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation. This confirmation is an acknowledgement, not acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the courier.
• Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the delivery company.
• Please provide a correct and complete address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect delivery details.

6. Returns & Refunds

7. Acceptable Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
