Payment Methods

1. Cash on Delivery

Right now, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay in cash when your order arrives at your door.

• Place your order on the website — no payment is needed upfront.
• You’ll receive a confirmation with your order details.
• Pay the courier in cash (EGP) when your package is delivered.
• Please have the exact amount ready where possible.

Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order and pay.

2. Card Payments — Coming Soon

We’re working on adding secure online card payments. Soon you’ll be able to pay by credit or debit card at checkout. Until then, Cash on Delivery is the way to order.

3. Currency

All orders are charged in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). The price you see at checkout is the price you pay on delivery, plus any shipping shown at checkout.

4. Order Confirmation

After you place an order, we’ll confirm it by email or WhatsApp. If you don’t hear from us, contact us using the details below so we can check your order.

5. Security

Because we currently use Cash on Delivery, no card or bank details are collected or stored on our website. When card payments launch, they’ll be handled by a secure payment provider, and we still won’t store your full card details ourselves.
